1. Acceptance of terms
By using airtestpro.com or the AirTest Pro iOS application (together, the “Service”) — browsing the free FAA library, sending us a form, or buying a course — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by AirTest Pro LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, which you can reach at sales@airtestpro.com or (602) 848 1636, daily 9am–6pm EST.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Course access is held in a personal account. That account carries your enrollments and your study progress, which stays in sync between the web and the iOS application. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for everything done under your account, and for keeping the contact details you give us accurate. Where your access was arranged by a flight school or ATP-CTP provider, it also remains subject to that organization's program.
3. Purchases, access, and updates
Courses are sold one at a time — Private Pilot Airplane $40, Instrument Rating Airplane $50, Commercial Pilot Airplane $60, Airline Transport Pilot Multi $70. Prices are in U.S. dollars. A purchase is a one-time payment that gives you lifetime access to that course on the web and in the iOS application, together with its presentation decks, its practice exams and every later update to its question bank, at no further charge. Some material, including the free online lessons, is available without a purchase. Prices and the course line-up may change; a change never affects a course you have already bought.
4. Score guarantee and refunds
Every course is sold with a money-back score guarantee, published on the course pages as the “highest score guarantee”. Guarantee claims and refund requests go to sales@airtestpro.com.
5. Intellectual property
The question bank, the explanation and FAA reference attached to each question, the presentation decks, the iOS application, this site, and the AirTest Pro name and logo belong to AirTest Pro or to its licensors. Buying a course gives you a personal right to study with that material and nothing more. The FAA handbooks, airman certification standards and regulations this site points you to are published by the FAA and by the eCFR, not by AirTest Pro, and we claim no rights in them.
6. Acceptable use
Use the Service to study. Do not share, lend, resell or transfer your access; do not try to reach another user's data or a course you have not bought; do not reverse-engineer the iOS application; do not scrape, bulk-export or otherwise copy the question bank or the presentation decks by automated means; and do not send unlawful, abusive or infringing content through the contact form or the flight-school form. We may suspend or withdraw access that is being used in any of these ways.
7. Disclaimers
AirTest Pro prepares you for an FAA knowledge test. It is not flight instruction, and — as our own course pages say — no application replaces a certified flight instructor. Pass rates, average preparation times and question counts published on the Service are our own reported figures, not a prediction of your result. Material on faa.gov, psiexams.com and ecfr.gov is opened at your own risk and we take no responsibility for its accuracy, currency or validity. Comparisons with other providers are drawn from publicly available information, and AirTest Pro is not affiliated with the companies named in them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, the Service is provided as it stands, and AirTest Pro is not liable for a failed knowledge test, a delayed checkride, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
9. Changes and contact
We may change these terms. The version on this page is always the current one, and a material change is published here with a new “Last updated” date; earlier versions are not archived on this site.
