1. Information we collect
This site collects personal data in two places only, both of them forms, and only what you type into them. The contact form takes your first name, last name, email address, a topic chosen from four fixed options, your message, and optionally a phone number. The flight-school form takes your name, your organization, your email address, a program type chosen from four fixed options, and optionally a phone number and a description of your program; it also records which button you arrived through, so Testing Center waitlist requests stay separate from sales enquiries. Nothing else about your visit is collected.
2. How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer you: to reply to a contact message, to prepare pricing for a training organization, or to put you on the Testing Center waitlist and email you when it opens in your area. The marker recording which button a flight-school submission came from is used for that separation and nothing else. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add form contacts to a marketing list.
3. Sharing with training organizations
Where your access is paid for by a flight school, a Part 141 academy or an ATP-CTP provider, that organization is shown your enrollment and completion status, your progress records and your areas of emphasis, and is told when one of our instructors has helped you and with what — that reporting is part of what the organization buys. This applies only to access arranged through an organization; a course you buy for yourself is not reported to anyone.
4. Third-party services
This site sets no cookies. It carries no analytics, advertising, session-recording or tag-management script, and embeds no third-party widget. Its typeface is served from our own domain, and the photographs on it are fetched by our server and re-served from it, so opening a page here does not announce your visit to anyone else. Links you follow to faa.gov, psiexams.com, ecfr.gov or the App Store take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep what you send through a form for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of any business that came from it. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to sales@airtestpro.com.
6. Security
This site never asks you for a password, a card number or any government identifier — the only fields on it are the two forms described above. Access to the systems that hold form submissions is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure; if you believe something about your data has gone wrong, write to sales@airtestpro.com and we will look into it.
7. Children
The Service is built for people training towards FAA pilot certificates and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data through one of the forms, write to sales@airtestpro.com and we will delete it.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The version on this page is always the current one, and a material change is published here with a new “Last updated” date; earlier versions are not archived on this site.
